Investment and Asset Management Coordinator

Full Time/Part Time Position Job Details

We are looking for a diligent and organized Investment and Asset Management Coordinator to support our team in coordinating the company’s investment and asset management processes, including liaising with portfolio managers, monitoring real estate investments, handling property management, and ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals. The role will also include managing timelines and reporting on investment performance to higher management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial market, investment vehicles, and real estate markets, as well as experience in developing asset management, portfolio management, and real estate investment strategies.

 

Responsibility Areas:

    • Manage the company’s diverse asset portfolio, including real estate, equipment, stocks, and bonds, by tracking investment performance and maintaining detailed records of transactions.
    • Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies aimed at maximizing ROI, portfolio diversification, and identifying new opportunities to optimize returns.
    • Collaborate with portfolio managers to monitor and enhance the performance of investment vehicles, such as U.S. Treasuries, stocks, and real estate holdings.
    • Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and budget tracking, to ensure optimized asset and investment performance.
    • Prepare detailed asset valuation reports and investment performance summaries, providing insights into market trends and portfolio growth to support strategic decision-making.
    • Identify and assess risks related to asset and investment decisions, providing data-driven insights to aid in risk mitigation and ensure sound financial decision-making.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of property holdings (residential and commercial), including lease administration, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination.
    • Execute property-related transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
    • Provide administrative support for investment and asset management.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, with exposure to asset management, portfolio management, or real estate investment management.
    • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment vehicles, and real estate markets.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and risk management tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and reporting skills for presenting investment strategies and outcomes to senior management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely investment decisions.
    • Detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple assets across different sectors.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
    • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Korean.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience preparing and presenting investment strategies and outcomes to senior management.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external advisors.

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
