The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations across ERP systems, Google Workspace platforms, internal servers, automated reporting tools, and other company-critical technologies, while actively leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibility Areas:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><li style=\"line-height: 30.403px; list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals); resolve tickets within SLA guidelines.<\/li><li>Maintain and update troubleshooting documentation for common issues.<\/li><li>Perform routine system maintenance, security updates, and assist with backup\/recovery procedures.<\/li><li>Administer and troubleshoot the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Groups, etc.).<\/li><li>Develop and maintain automated Google Sheets tools using Apps Script; ensure data integrity and optimize complex formulas, queries, and scripts.<\/li><li>Support business intelligence dashboards (Google Data Studio) and generate periodic &amp; ad-hoc reports.<\/li><li>Maintain the company website domain, hosting server, and routine updates.<\/li><li>Track and manage the inventory of IT equipment, including upgrades and replacements.<\/li><li>Leverage AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and AI coding-assistant CLIs (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, scripting, and Apps Script development.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Innovation &amp; Technology Optimization team to streamline support workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Minimum Qualifications:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><li style=\"line-height: 30.403px; list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li><li>0\u20131+ year of experience in IT support or a similar role.<\/li><li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and basic networking concepts (LAN\/WAN, VPN, firewalls).<\/li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script or a similar scripting language (JavaScript, Python).<\/li><li>Familiarity with using AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT for daily work (drafting documentation, debugging, scripting help).<\/li><li>Familiarity with AI coding-assistant CLI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI.<\/li><li>Basic understanding of prompt engineering and structured prompt design.<\/li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.<\/li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preferred Qualifications:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><li style=\"line-height: 30.403px; list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and basic database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL).<\/li><li>Experience building dashboards in Google Data Studio or similar BI tools.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience automating support tasks or workflows with AI tools.<\/li><li>Exposure to TypeScript, React, or Next.js.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Python for scripting or data tasks.<\/li><li>Interest in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.<\/li><li>Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><div style=\"font-size: 16.0016px;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Work Hours:<\/span>\u00a0Full-Time (Monday \u2013 Friday, 8:30 AM \u2013 5:30 PM)<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Salary Range:<\/span> $50,000\u2013$65,000 annually<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>We believe great work deserves great support.
