Senior Property Manager

Full Time Position Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Property Manager to lead the management and operations of our diverse property portfolio. This role demands a strong leader who excels in financial oversight, tenant relations, and operational efficiency. Responsibility Areas:

    • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Act as the primary liaison for property owners, tenants, and building management.
    • Develop and oversee property budgets, ensuring profitability and financial efficiency.
    • Review, approve, and track all property-related expenses, including taxes, insurance, repairs, and management fees.
    • Manage rent collection processes, address delinquent accounts, and oversee financial reporting.
    • Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance.
    • Negotiate and manage service agreements with vendors and contractors.
    • Manage lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
    • Address and resolve tenant concerns related to lease terms or property conditions.
    • Develop long-term strategies for property improvement, tenant retention, revenue growth, and investments.
    • Implement technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records for compliance, operations, and financial reporting.
    • Oversee office or property-related supply orders and ensure resource availability.
    • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
    • Ensure properties meet all safety and regulatory standards.
    • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Monitor and review general ledger accounts, promptly resolving discrepancies.
    • Perform account reconciliations regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
    • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 5+ years of property management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing property budgets.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate License.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
    • Experience managing both residential and commercial properties.

 

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
