Property Coordinator

Full Time Position Job Details

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Coordinator to join our team. This role combines administrative support with property management duties, ensuring seamless operations across our office and managed properties. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills, and brings a detail-oriented approach to handling a variety of responsibilities.

 

Responsibility Areas:

    • Serve as the primary contact for tenants and building management.
    • Review and validate invoices for property-related expenses, including insurance, property taxes, repair and maintenance fees, and management fees.
    • Process payments for property-related costs.
    • Collect rent, track payments, and follow up on late accounts.
    • Maintain records for compliance and company operations.
    • Manage daily property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and property upkeep.
    • Conduct property inspections and address tenant concerns promptly.
    • Order and manage office or property-related supplies as needed.
    • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
    • Address tenant inquiries related to lease matters.
    • Record financial transactions related to property management, such as rent payments, vendor invoices, and maintenance expenses.
    • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Monitor and review general ledger accounts, promptly resolving discrepancies.
    • Perform account reconciliations regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
    • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
    • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in property management or administration preferred.
    • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
    • Proficiency in both English and Korean languages.

 

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
