IT Specialist

Full Time Position Job Details

Responsibility Areas:

    • Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
    • Troubleshoot problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
    • Manage and administer servers, operating systems, and software applications to ensure reliable and secure operations.
    • Provide user training and documentation related to IT management.
    • Analyze existing data structures and make suggestions for improvements.
    • Implement data quality checks to identify and rectify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or anomalies in the data.
    • Integrate disparate data sources to create a unified and comprehensive view of organizational data.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing solutions
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data integration techniques
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • Keep attention to detail
    • Good organization, time management, and prioritization
    • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
    • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

 

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
