Web Developer / Full-Stack Developer

Full Time Position Job Details

Responsibility Areas:

    • Design, develop, and implement web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development. 
    • Optimize web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices. 
    • Perform thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security. 
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies and identify opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones.
    • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • A proven experience developing web applications using Next.js and React, with a strong understanding of their features and best practices
    • Proficient in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
    • Strong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
    • Familiar with version control systems, such as Git
    • Knowledgeable in testing frameworks and libraries. Such as React Testing Library
    • Familiar with server-side technologies, such as Node.js or Express.js
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative web solutions
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
    • Experience in ERP or SCM development

 
Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
