Executive Assistant

Part Time Position Job Details

 

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant at an intermediate level to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Director(s) in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations.

Responsibility Areas:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director(s).
  • Draft and prepare various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of executives, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records, assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, and oversee office supplies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executives to support organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean
Work Hours: Part-time (Monday – Friday: hours to be determined)
