Human Resources Manager

Full Time Position Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR manager to lead our human resources team. This role involves overseeing the entire staffing process, from recruitment to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and a proven track record in managing HR operations

Responsibility Areas:

    • Lead the staffing process, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to align with current industry practices.
    • Design a competitive compensation plan based on thorough market research and in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Investigate and resolve employee conflicts, staying updated on HR laws and practices to ensure fair and lawful resolutions.
    • Implement employee relations policies to foster a positive work environment and comply with current HR standards.
    • Establish an efficient orientation procedure for new hires, incorporating the latest HR best practices.
    • Communicate openly with employees about compensation, benefits, and changes in HR regulations.
    • Manage employee leave requests according to company policies and legal requirements.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
    • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within HR.
    • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and current industry practices.
    • Proficiency in the interviewing process, benefits administration, and payroll.
    • Fluency in Korean and English.


Preferred Qualifications:

    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.


Work Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
