Full Time Position Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibility Areas:

- Assist with daily financial transactions, including recording and reconciling entries.
- Monitor and review general ledger accounts for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in the monthly closing process by preparing journal entries and adjusting entries.
- Participate in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Assist with year-end closing activities, including preparing necessary journal entries, assisting with account reconciliations, and providing support for audit preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for closing activities, ensuring all revenue and expense transactions are recorded accurately.
- Collaborate with auditors during the audit process, providing necessary information and clarification on accounting practices and records.
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring all billing information is accurate and properly authorized.
- Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies by liaising with relevant stakeholders and parties involved.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office events, managing documentation, facilitating communication, maintaining office supplies, providing support to team members, assisting with financial administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills: Demonstrates exceptional ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: Capable of handling various projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and its functions.
Work Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
