Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to streamline sales processes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves processing orders, managing customer records, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams, monitor inventory levels, and analyze sales data to prepare reports. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Prior experience in sales support or logistics is preferred. Adaptability and multitasking abilities are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibility Areas: 

    • Process orders via email, phone, and text while maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
    • Address customer inquiries, provide updates, and resolve complaints and claims.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Work closely with internal teams, such as the traffic and logistics team, to ensure smooth operations.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet forecasted demand and initiate production or procurement of materials as needed. 
    • Analyze sales data and prepare and present sales reports, highlighting key trends.
    • Handle and manage sales data with a high level of detail and accuracy.
    • Adapt quickly to handle fast-paced and time-sensitive tasks effectively.

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Multitasking skills and the ability to handle fast-paced tasks.
    • Adaptability and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
    • Team player with a high level of dedication.
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Preferred Qualifications: 

    • 1–2 years of experience as a sales support coordinator.
    • Proven work experience as a traffic, logistics, and/or sales support agent.
    • Quantitative analytical skills.
    • Proficiently navigates and uses various operating systems (e.g., Excel, In-house ERP, report tools ).

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
